8 slices bacon
8 frozen whole-grain or multigrain waffles
1/4 cup mayonnaise
4 medium romaine lettuce leaves
2 Roma tomatoes, sliced crosswise
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 400°; line rimmed baking pan with aluminum foil. Place bacon on prepared pan; bake 20 minutes or until crisp. Transfer bacon to paper towel-lined plate.
Prepare waffles as label directs.
Spread mayonnaise on 1 side of waffles; top 4 waffles with lettuce, tomatoes, bacon and remaining 4 waffles, mayonnaise side down.
