12 oz. vodka
12 oz. frozen lemonade concentrate
Zest of 1 lemon
24 oz. cold water
Lemon slices for garnish
In a shallow freezer safe pan mix the lemonade concentrate, vodka, water and lemon zest. Freeze overnight or for about 8 hours. When ready to serve, remove from the freezer, and “fork” into margarita glasses. Using a fork will break up the frozen mixture, allowing you to drink the cocktail so it won't be too frozen. Garnish each glass with a slice of lemon.
